Internationally accomplished architect and Director at SJB, Nigel is a specialist in complex mixed-use and multi-residential projects with expertise in the management of multi-stakeholder schemes, early-stage briefing and project development.

After completing his architectural training and early career in the UK, Nigel arrived in Australia in 2007. A true appreciator of both design and engineering, Nigel applies a pragmatism to architecture that straddles the commercial drivers of project delivery while enhancing the social and environmental domains.

Most recently, Nigel has completed Richmond Traders, a mixed-use retail and commercial village with one of Australia’s first build-to-rent developments above. Drawing on his experience in the residential and commercial sectors, Richmond Traders achieves exceptional amenity for new residents including concierge, pool, gym wellness centre, theatre, work hub and a multitude of outdoor terraces and overcomes a complex program of activity on the 12,000sqm site.
