Thien Duong is a design and development professional with over 25 years of global experience. He has worked across locations including England, Norway, Canada, Bermuda, Dubai, Australia, and Vietnam, bringing expertise to his role as General Director of GroupGSA Vietnam. Committed to sustainable design, Thien serves on the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Green Building Council, driving the country’s green building movement. He aims to inspire and connect teams to create impactful projects that resonate with local communities.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Thien is passionate about nurturing future generations of designers. He shares his knowledge and expertise as a guest lecturer at local universities and a mentor to international school students. Thien is honoured to be part of the influential INDE.awards serving as a juror and has been a long-standing Chair of the judging panels of the PropertyGuru Asia and Vietnam Property Awards.
