Rachna Agarwal is the Founder and Design Ideator at Studio IAAD (specializes in commercial interior-architecture) and Co-Founder of ZOERA (specializes in end-user homes). With over 29 years in spatial design, she is celebrated for innovative thinking, entrepreneurial courage, and an unwavering commitment to craft and collaboration.

Having led Studio IAAD since 2007, Rachna has championed gender parity and built a multi-award-winning practice recognized for its socially responsible yet evocative design approach. She believes authentic design seamlessly integrates aesthetics, sustainability, user experience and unlocks wellbeing.
