David Teh is the Founder and Director of Pakatan Reka Arkitek Sdn Bhd (PRA), a leading architecture practice based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Established in 1979, PRA has an extensive portfolio spanning masterplans, offices, schools, hotels, and residential developments.

A former President of the Malaysia Institute of Architects (PAM), David has also held leadership roles with the Board of Architects Malaysia, Commonwealth Association of Architects, and ARCASIA. He has contributed to architectural education at Universiti Malaya and Deakin University and organised key industry conferences, including the Asian Congress of Architects. In 2022, David was awarded the PAM Gold Medal, recognising his outstanding service to Malaysia’s architectural profession.
