Addressing exponential growth in Asia-Pacific, Spotify Singapore is an immersive and dynamic office that embodies its playful and innovative culture to attract the best talent in the industry. This new office explores new ways of working while enhancing Spotify’s identity.

The space is split between a public-facing and staff only workplace. The public floor is designed as an immersive and exciting destination inviting visitors to enter through the ‘Tunnel of Fame,’ a light and sound installation delivering a ‘wow’ moment with interchangeable mood. Labelled with local and international content creators’ names, it represents Spotify’s widespread reach.

Beyond the reception, visitors and staff alike are greeted with two different community spaces, the work-lounge and a semi-private staff café that can be activated for internal and external events with a fully equipped stage. The staff floor addresses Spotify’s aspiration to create an environment where passionate and innovative people can be their very best.

The centre of both floors is built-up with a ‘Core’, a highly functional and engineered block, rendered in black metal like a computer base unit. Within the core, all meeting rooms, phone booths, the kitchen, pantry and other technical programs are accommodated. Meanwhile, enveloping the functional core, the surrounding ‘Landscape’ is where people mostly reside during the day and where they work, socialise and play. Devoid of fixed workstations, the space is a clean, open environment, enriched with biophilia and natural light.

Providing a range of functional spaces conducive to collaboration and focus work – including a library, flexible team zones, and numerous meeting rooms – each bears its own identity.

Spotify’s new regional hub fulfils its mission to “unlock the potential of human creativity” with an immersive experience, inviting all occupants to share ideas, build connections, and feel part of a greater community.
