Eden Health Retreat is a secluded sanctuary located in the stunning Currumbin Valley. The retreat features 12 luxury cabins, a yoga pavilion and dining facilities. Utilising luxurious, soft materials, the bespoke spaces offer places to relax, recharge and re-energise while on retreat.
The orientation of the cabins in relation to their surroundings was important and they are positioned within the property to take advantage of the stunning views of the Currumbin Valley.
The design intent was to complement the surroundings and provide a sophisticated experience. Internally, the spaces feature light oak timber panelling, brushed brass and stone with bold steel accents.
Externally, the aesthetic is more rugged and restrained in design featuring black metal cladding, steel and raw timbers. Each dwelling’s asymmetric roof form provides volume to the internal space while providing excellent views.
This level of detail continues into the design of the new dining area which features both indoor and outdoor seating, again capturing sweeping views of the valley.
Eden Health Retreat offers a unique approach to health and wellness design. The cabins offer a contemporary, yet warm and cosy environment for guests and the architecture and form of each cabin is unique to the health and wellness industry.
