LANDMARK by Lexus 2025 is a three-level pavilion designed as a social environment where hospitality, design, and performance converge. Guided by the theme Synthesis, the project explores the relationship between handcrafted materiality and advanced technology – creating a space that is both tactile and responsive.

Visitors move through a sequence of environments: from a sculptural, draped entry and immersive dining spaces, to a central performance floor and a more intimate upper lounge. Each level shifts in tone but remains connected through a consistent material language – natural timber, stone, textiles, and leather layered alongside mirrored surfaces, digital installations and responsive lighting.

The pavilion is designed not as a static installation, but as a living social space. Guests are invited to interact with the architecture, with each other and with the layered program of food, music and art. Collaborations with artists, florists and designers further enrich this experience, embedding multiple authorships within a cohesive framework.

At its core, the project, essentially three projects in one, is about atmosphere: creating a space that feels intuitive, generous and engaging – where tradition and innovation are not in opposition, but in dialogue.
