The goal is to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible within real constraints—whether through architecture, furniture, or material exploration. We want to develop work that is quietly radical, not through excess, but through precision, restraint, and a deep understanding of context. Beyond building, we see ourselves engaging in more critical discourse—whether through teaching, collaborations, or rethinking how design is communicated and experienced.
Studiokama was born out of a need to test ideas in real conditions—to refine rather than reinvent, and to challenge the familiar with clarity and intent. After years of practice and further studies in Melbourne, I wanted to apply these sensibilities back home, where architecture often struggles between tradition and globalization. For us, design is not about novelty for its own sake. It’s about distilling complexity, questioning assumptions, and creating solutions that feel inevitable yet unexpected.
