The Project
As a purpose-built, build-to-rent affordable housing project, Nightingale Marrickville offers a new model for the future development of our cities by prioritising community and sustainability through intelligent, effective design.

Like all Nightingale projects, community is at the heart of Nightingale Marrickville. It’s also the driving force behind Fresh Hope Communities’ vision to support the community in what it needs most – affordable housing.

Shared laundries, open walkways, generous commercial entertaining and cooking areas as well as gardens, places to perch, and outdoor BBQ areas, all offer residents a chance to connect.
