Sara Vita is an architect-turned-photographer based in Sydney. After studying architecture in Madrid and Chicago, she worked in the field for a decade in Madrid and Sydney before shifting her focus to photography. Her background allows her to intuitively capture the essence of architecture, translating design intent into images. She approaches each frame as she once approached a project: drawing with light, form and rhythm to create strong, precise compositions.
The Project
Building A is the first stage of Stockland’s MPark commercial precinct, forming a new gateway in the heart of Macquarie Park. This 10‑storey workplace has been designed to deliver strong sustainability outcomes, targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating and a 5 Star NABERS Office Energy commitment. Fronting Khartoum Road, its high‑performance façade reduces heat and glare while maximising natural light, and the building form incorporates outdoor terraces at the lower levels to support tenant amenity. At ground level, the use of natural materials and tactile brickwork provides warmth and human scale, contrasted by the glass façades above for a clear and contemporary streetscape.
Once complete, the wider MPark precinct will bring together three commercial buildings, retail offerings and a new public park to create a well‑connected, wellness‑focused destination for tenants and the community.
