The Project
Contempo is an office space for Hong Kong interior and architecture practice ‘via’. Spanning two storeys, the former industrial unit was transformed into a hybrid work and creative environment, designed to foster a sense of community. The open-planned space merges solo workstations with a myriad of social and collaborative zones, detailed in an inventive palette of warm oak and galvanised steel, with subtle colours to impart a calm ambience. A feature wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where a multi-purpose gallery with textured green walls showcases the studio’s artistic passions.
