Designed by Sydney-based furniture designer Tom Fereday, Nami, meaning “wave” in Japanese, encompasses ten pieces made from sustainably certified solid timber. It is named after its signature timber profile that seamlessly flows into adjoining components.

Handcrafted in New South Wales, Nami’s sculpted form is a celebration of natural materials. Directional grain details achieved through precision craftsmanship appear throughout the collection, giving each piece an organic artfulness. Comprising a range of tables – dining, coffee, side and conference– a sofa, armchair, ottoman and bed, Nami is an elevated flat-packed collection that has been designed to last a lifetime. Totally versatile and suitable for a range of residential and commercial applications.

Four of Nami’s products, Round Dining Table, Rectangle Dining Table, Coffee Table, and Bed, are made from flat-packing solid timber – a unique and sustainably-minded solution allowing lower-impact delivery and installation even in small, challenging spaces. Tables and beds can be simply assembled or disassembled with a single Allen Key, resulting in an incredibly strong assembly that will stand the test of time.
