Brunswick Yard is a multi-residential development where architecture, interiors and landscape were conceived together to create a cohesive urban living environment grounded in Brunswick’s industrial character. Designed by Carr across both disciplines, the project comprises 122 apartments over eight levels organised around a central landscaped courtyard.
A unified design language carries from façade to interiors. Concrete structure, aluminium mesh screening and finely scaled façade articulation establish a robust architectural identity, while internally exposed concrete ceilings, restrained material palettes and carefully detailed joinery reinforce continuity and durability.
Apartment planning prioritises spatial generosity, natural light and passive environmental performance within higher density housing. Landscape terraces and communal spaces extend the interior experience, strengthening connections between dwelling, building and neighbourhood.
By integrating architecture and interiors from the outset, Brunswick Yard achieves clarity, material honesty and spatial consistency, demonstrating how thoughtful design leadership can deliver enduring homes that balance density, community and environmental performance.
