Fellowship is a boutique development nestled in Kew’s Studley Park—an area renowned for its post-war architectural legacy. Comprising two low-rise buildings with 20 expansive, house-sized apartments, Fellowship offers a seamless transition from traditional homes to refined apartment living. The project emphasises restraint and longevity through a carefully curated material palette, ensuring a timeless presence.
Brise-soleil brickwork and glass bricks filter dappled sunlight into the interiors, while brick-lined soffits and precise craftsmanship reinforce the development’s enduring solidity. Jack Merlo landscaping further enhances the connection to the natural environment. Inside, Venetian plaster walls, oak parquetry, and stone finishes provide a neutral canvas, ready for residents to infuse with their personality.
Fellowship is a testament to thoughtful, progressive architecture that harmonises with its verdant Studley Park setting.
