Poised Perfection is a 239-square-metre, modern artistic residence in Puchong, Malaysia, designed to balance expressive aesthetics with everyday functionality. The concept integrates clean architectural lines with bold colour accents and a curated mix of materials – stone, terracotta, timber, and glass – to create a refined yet inviting living environment.

The spatial strategy redefines a conventional three-storey layout into an open, fluid arrangement that enhances connectivity and natural light. Key interventions include a custom ‘floating’ bookshelf that functions as both storage and a spatial divider, and a reconfigured kitchen layout that transitions seamlessly from dry to wet zones.

Upstairs, private spaces adopt a softer, more intimate palette while retaining the project’s artistic identity through playful forms, feature headboards and colour contrasts. The design balances clarity and character, resulting in a cohesive home that is both visually distinctive and highly liveable.
