The ground floor is open and airy with expansive glazing that invites natural light and breezes and seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces. Substantial joinery defines the kitchen, dining and living areas. A large island bench anchors the kitchen. Soaring curved ceilings introduce dramatic volumes and foster dynamic lighting throughout the day.

Earthy limestone pavers ground the interior and flow continuously from the entry to the garden and pool, connecting the different areas of the home. The material cohesion is echoed in the brickwork. Upstairs, the main bedroom, elevated for privacy, features a large, glazed façade with streetscape views. Curved alcoves encased with hand-glazed tiles add tactile warmth and lightness to the ensuite.
