Park + Associates is an architecture studio in Singapore. Throughout the years as the practice has grown, there are now colleagues in Malaysia, Thailand, and the United States, made up of a diverse group of 60 architects, interior designers, and graphic artists. The studio was founded by Lim Koon Park in 1999 who believes in nurturing a collectively creative mindset, and for the studio to thrive as a trustworthy one that delivers architecture that brings delight to those that encounter it.

Though the practice has grown in size over the last two decades, it continues to be faithful in remaining artisan in its approach. This is at times a real challenge – one that it strives to overcome. Each project, no matter the scale, is customised with rigour, building upon the clients’ expectations and challenging the studio’s body of work. The studio often finds, and prides itself, in very personal relationships with clients and builders; and ultimately there is a proudly-shared ownership of the built projects that translate to an immense sense of reward and satisfaction.

Park + Associates is fortunate to take on projects of varied typology and scale. This keeps it – and in turn, the projects – fresh and exciting. While single residential houses make up the bulk of the projects, it is also kept busy with condominiums that are ubiquitous to Singapore’s skyline, commercial office towers and master planning.

Park + Associates also specialise as theme park planners and designers, having worked with Universal Studio and Disney, to name a few. Colleagues are each valuable in their diversity in specialty knowledge and skills, and regular cross-collaboration feeds the dynamic energy of the office and its people.
