With academic qualifications including an MBA from the University of Auckland and Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Shaneel is a leader for the people utilising strategic business and management skills to achieve outstanding results.

As Managing Director of Milliken, Shaneel drives progressive strategies for the future of the organisation including M/PACT™ carbon neutral products, collaborations to support our communities with initiatives to advance indigenous participation and fundraising activities to support youth advancement.
