Rosemary is known for her leadership of large-scale business transformation and award-winning workplace design.

She works with CEOs and their leadership teams to shape organisations that are inclusive, profitable, and self-sustaining. She has done this through executive roles with the Lend Lease Group, MLC, NAB, the GPT group, all major Australian companies.

While working as Head of People & Business Transformation in MLC in the late 1990’s she reflected on the passive role played by property and set out to explore its latent power to support the business strategy more aggressively. The result was Campus MLC, the redesign of a mid-Century building by a new generation of MLC people. It was followed by a 59,000m2 new regional headquarters for NAB in the Melbourne Docklands in a process of co-creation and cultural renewal. Both projects required creative solutions to complex business issues, earning national and international recognition for innovation.

Recognised as a pioneer in contemporary workplace design, Rosemary now works through her own advisory practice, marrying a deep understanding of organisational change with her knowledge of commercial property development and management.  Other clients have included the Universities of Melbourne and Adelaide and the NSW Ministry of Health.
