As a global leader in Gensler’s Consulting & Real Estate Services, Nayan has two decades of experience providing clients with workplace consultancy, real estate advice, design, and urban strategy services. Based in Singapore, she focuses on the firm’s business in the Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on serving global client accounts within the region. Nayan has successfully implemented projects across Asia, the U.K., and continental Europe, helping global organisations implement workplace transformation programs that lead to improved performance. She has amassed a portfolio of financial, life sciences, retail, education and technology projects.

Nayan adopts a cross-disciplinary, user-centered approach to her work that results in added business value. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, such as Worktech and CoreNet. Nayan holds a Bachelor of architecture from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science in Sociology from the London School of Economics.
